The Future of Leadership: Breaking Gender Barriers and Embracing Diversity
Stepping into a New Era of Leadership: Reflecting on the Women Pioneer Global Harmony Meeting
Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the GCF-WIN conference on Women Pioneering Global Harmony, hosted by CSPOC at the prestigious premises of the United Nations in Geneva. This gathering brought together visionary leaders from various backgrounds to discuss important topics surrounding gender equality, equity and leadership.
I've been in this space for ages, it feels. As I immersed myself in the conversations, I couldn't help but notice a significant shift.
The shift was seeing so many men being actively involved in the conversation. "Finally, we have more men in the room, and not only women talking to women", I thought.
It was refreshing to witness more men actively participating in these dialogues, offering their perspectives and insights on creating a harmonious future.
Embracing Soul Leadership and Collaboration:
What truly inspired me during the meeting was engaging in conversations with some of these men who introduced powerful concepts such as "Soul Leadership" and "Collaboration, not Competition."
These conversations are what women have been talking about for ages in tons of conferences. In those conversations, the discussions have been concerned with the assumption that collaboration is a natural quality for women, and some women naturally have that quality. I have often felt in those same conversations that we have not been giving men space to showcase their abilities to collaborate, making the assumptions that all men are following the stereotypical male version our society creates.
So, you can see I was thrilled to find men having this conversation also.
This progress resonated deeply within me, highlighting the importance of leading from a place of authenticity, empathy, and interconnectedness. It was an encouraging sign that gender equality is becoming a shared mission, transcending boundaries and bringing people together for a common cause.
We are not there yet. However, the needle has moved forward...just a tiny bit!
Leaders Beyond Genders!
Attending this meeting was another stepping stone for the No More Boxes Transformational Movement, which Nicholas Haines and yours founded after our talk at the UN in New York City in 2018.
The movement aims to break free from societal limitations and transform traditional notions of gender and leadership.
Inspired by the experiences and insights gained from this event, we still noticed that even the so-called leaders in the gender equality space continue to label traits as feminine and masculine. Both are loaded with stereotypical gender roles. We believe it’s time to take the conversation above the gender discussions.
It’s time to talk about leadership on a higher level, beyond stereotypical gender roles.
Therefore we have decided to take the next step in our journey by organising our conference: Leadership 25 - Beyond Genders. A meeting directed explicitly towards future leaders aged 18 - 35. People who will lead and manage in the 5th Industrial Revolution. A world where we must tap into all of the human potential.

At Leadership 25 - Beyond Genders, we aspire to bring together influencers researching and exploring innovative leadership skill sets for the future, such as epigenetics, quantum fields, energy work and the latest ideas from neuroscience.
By incorporating these emerging fields of knowledge into leadership practices, we can unlock new potentials and create a more inclusive, equitable, and harmonious world.
