Ep#144 | Imposter Syndrome! Are you enjoying your success or still feeling like a fraud?

In the first days of November this year (2022), I received the WEF (Women Economic Forum) award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship.

Never in my life could I have imagined this award's effect on me.

I’ve got a FULL on Imposter Syndrome!

Feeling like an imposter is an experience that I know so many people can relate to. I wanted to go deep on this one for myself; I wanted to do the work needed to understand why I felt like a fraud and how I could overcome it!

As a leadership coach and mentor and the co-founder o the Out-Of-The-Box Movement, I’m aware the imposter syndrome is a box that we put ourselves into. It’s one of our subconscious programs running in the background, not allowing us to enjoy who we genuinely are, preventing us from sharing our unique gifts.

So, I wrote a blog about my experience. - CLICK HERE!

When my fellow change-maker and impact coach, Gido Schimanski, reached out to me and asked if I wanted to do a FACEBOOK Live call with him to share this experience and get insights from our network, of course, I had to say YES!

Gido, is working with international high-achievers in the sports and music industry for years. His expertise has been to help them to close the gap between the image they project and how they really feel inside!

Technology was playing its tricks! - Facebook wasn’t quite working as it should this day, so it took us quite a few times to get me on board, LIVE (hence you can hear that at the beginning of the interview).
