Magnús Orri Schram, Founder and CEO of Raudukambar which is developing a 40 million Euro investment in hotel, hostel and spa in Þjórsárdalur Iceland. He is a Consultant and public speaker on equality, strategy, tourism and entrepreneurship.

Magnús was a Member of Parliament in 2009 -2013. Party Chairman (chief whip) during the year 2012. Vice Chairman of Trade committe, and Economy and Taxation committees. Member of National Security committee, and the Icelandic delegation to the EFTA and EEA parliamentary committees.

He is a Member of faculty at Reykjavik University as teacher/lecturer in Entrepreneurship for MBA students. Also a Lecturer at School of Business at Reykjavik University. Taught at undergraduate level and in executive educational programs.
