On stage Bev invite the audience to participate in the conversation and provide valuable feedback. She does this through interactive presentations, facilitating panel discussions and consulting with conference organisers to maximise the quality of interaction at their event using conversational design and interactive technology.

In your organisation, Bev use her learning design experience both face-to-face and digital to facilitate the strategic, culture and learning conversations that combine the best employee and customer experience using team thinking, master classes, team and individual coaching.

Bev draw on the insight and tools from her Masters in Business and Management Coaching, international studies in Conversational Intelligence® and the Barrett’s Values organisation.

Over the past 20 years leadership development, learning design (face-to-face and digital)and integral coaching, Bev have worked with global organisations such as VWSA, Toyota, ABSA, Tiso Blackstar and the Nelson Mandela University.

Her leadership work is focused on building the heart, head and credibility of leadership by focusing on the nine key neuroscience based conscious leadership conversations.

Bev work with leadership teams to design bespoke learning and culture journeys to leverage the skill and capability of their People – the one competitive advantage that is the most difficult to replicate.
