Ep#42 | What would I love to do?

Harriet Waley-Cohen is a sought after speaker and coach in the corporate, personal development and educational worlds. She is also mother to two boys and a cockerpoo called Fizzy.

Harriet is on a mission to ensure that all women feel truly, deeply fabulous about themselves.

She shows women how to be in total partnership with themselves in every area of their lives. Overwhelm, destructive and disempowering habits, self-sabotage and low confidence become a thing of the past, replaced with self-esteem, emotional and physical health, satisfaction, happiness, fulfilment, balance and success.

Harriet has been through multiple transformations. She is more than 15 years in recovery from addictions, has thrived after ending an unhappy marriage, left the corporate world for entrepreneurship, and adjusted to life with injuries sustained in a car crash. Harriet knows first hand what it takes to radically change how you feel about yourself, sustain your self-belief no matter what life throws at you and become truly well, totally in balance and incredibly successful.

Harriet has a B.Sc. in Psychology and qualified as a health and well- being coach with IIN, New York. She is also a certified coach for women’s leadership movement One of Many, bringing the transformational rocket fuel of this approach into her work.

Recent audiences include Invesco, Microsoft, Vodafone, BBC, We Are The City’s WeAreFutureLeader’s Conference, Female Speakers Conference, Nosh Detox, 3rdCity PR, Spencer Ogden, Awin, Osbourne Clarke, Goodman Masson, Interesting Talks London and numerous podcasts and radio shows.

Meeting people that went through their inner battle always inspire me and Harriet is one of those people who had fought her inner battle and came out winning. Having to fight the voice inside her head, enticing her to continue on with the despair and misery that she was in, Harriet decided that enough is enough and went from being miserable to being divine.

She is someone who has no filter and most people can relate to because she's not ashamed to bare her life experiences to her audience, Harriet is indeed lovely to talk to.
