An interesting talk with Isaac about the importance of employee engagement. With leaders putting too much emphasis on profit and sales, human engagement is often times overlooked.
Isaac pointed out that by providing the employees with digital training that they enjoy can elevate their interest to break the barriers and get then to communicate with each other which eventually leads to better performance thus increase of sales.
One thing that impressed me about Isaac is his commitment to his family and that he considers them his greatest influencers to create impact in the world - great dad isn't he? :)
Having a big family plus a successful company requires a lot but he and his wife seems to ace it! It was mainly because both of them knows what matters most and made it a point to put their family first above all else.
