She is is passionate about gender work that brings men and women together and honors their separate and different contributions, and is now collating research for her next book: “The New Masculine”.

Gina has a unique skill-set in big picture thinking and reading the patterns of business. The wisdom and skills she developed as an international best-selling author & TV expert commentator on healthy lifestyle & well-being and founder of a ground-breaking PR & Marketing agency leading many award-winning campaigns for clients, assist in giving her a well-rounded and leading edge in the promotion of feminine leadership and conscious business. Gina owns the Healthy Home a unique retreat space and model for healthy living in her native Yorkshire.

As always, it's always fun talking to Gina - her being "old and wise"  ;)  Well, this interview is all about that - Age Box. Because being put into a box can either compliment you or diminish your self worth. Gina talked about both, how she is enjoying the privileges of discounts and free biscuits and tea - i won't be complaining about that :) But then again, does being "old" also means a weaker person, of lower value?

In our society, it seems it's always been like that. Treating older people a certain way because of their age, it's either treat them with respect or treat them like they're feeble minded. And mind you, being an old woman is very much different from being an old man - honestly, some won't even use the term "old" to men of stature.

Think about if you're putting people into the Age Box yourself . . .
