This episode with Kunal really touched me as we talked about family, self-confidence and boxes. He shared his struggles in life - lost and depressed being not able to fit in the box his family is expecting him to fill in. But Kunal eventually found the courage to break through that box and follow his passion with the encouraging help of his family.
Kunal also talked about super organism (got any idea? :) Well, as a leader himself, Kunal saw the importance and value of a team. Team that have each other's back and develop each other's capabilities and that it's not about being "me" anymore, it's about "we".
Are you putting people in boxes ? or Are you in one yourself?
